In order to serve and process your legal service we require you to pay a fee of $100.00 (deposit) for the Sheriff's Statutory Fees and can be made in person at the Sheriff's Office or by mail. Deposit may be by Law Firm check, money order, cashier check or cash (cash must be exact change only). No personal checks will be accepted for service of process. This fee for service must accompany service or paperwork will be returned unserved.
