Communications is open to serve the public 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week, to include holidays.
Visitor Requirements
All those who enter the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department must provide a form of photo identification and sign in on the sign in roster located at the communication window.
All those wishing to file a report will be asked to provide a brief summary of the incident, the address where the incident occurred, along with your home address and contact information.
All those wishing to obtain a copy of a police report must provide photo identification and case number.
If you are the victim of the reported crime, you may obtain a copy of the police report at no charge.
All other involved parties (aside from the victim) requesting a copy of a police report must fill out a Sunshine Records Request for approval by Sheriff Jimmy Bench. Fees may apply.
Those wishing to obtain a copy of a CAD (Computer Automated Dispatch Log) can do so free of charge per the Open Record Law.
Sex Offender Registration
Hours of Operation
24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Registration can be completed at any time, to include holidays.
New Registrants
New Registrant Registration fee is $10.00, cash only, exact change. The registration fee and a form of photo identification must be provided at the time of registry.
Prior Registrant Update
Registration Update fee is $5.00 for all prior registrants, cash only, exact change. The registration fee, Highway Patrol Address Verification letter, and a form of photo identification must be provided at the time of registry. All updates must be provided within 3 days of any change.
